Your own booking page, next to Airbnb and Booking
For the guests who already find you on Google Maps, Instagram and Viber, and for the ones who come back. Calendars stay in sync, guests pay by card, and we pay you out.
Free to list. We'll set it up with you for free, too.
Why your own page
We don't replace Airbnb or Booking. We replace "message me on Viber and pay by bank transfer".
Keep Airbnb and Booking
Your calendars sync both ways, so a night booked anywhere is blocked everywhere.
Paid in full, by card
Guests pay the whole stay when they book. No bank transfers to chase, and a no-show has already paid.
No back-and-forth over dates
Guests see your free nights and book them on their own, at any hour.
A page that looks the part
Photos, rooms, amenities, a map and your cancellation policy, in six languages, at your own address.

Questions hosts ask
All questionsDo I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. Gostiko works next to them. Import their calendars into Gostiko and add your Gostiko calendar to them, so a night booked anywhere is blocked everywhere. Your own page is for the guests who find you directly: on Google Maps, Instagram, Viber, or because they stayed before.
Can Gostiko set up my page for me?
Yes, for free. Write to support@gostiko.com with a link to your listing. We prepare the page and send you a private link to look at; nothing is published until you say so. If you like it, you take it over, or ask us to finish it with your photos.
What does Gostiko charge hosts?
A platform fee taken from your payout, never added to the guest's price. It is 5% when the guest books through one of your links (copy them from Your links in your listing's editor) or a special offer, and 10% for every other booking: guests who find you in Gostiko's search, or who open your page's plain address. Every booking pays at least €3, but never more than the guest paid. A booking keeps the fee it was made with; you can see it on the reservation's page. VAT is added to the fee, unless your business has a VAT number from another EU country (reverse charge).
What is the launch offer?
As a new host, your first 3 bookings carry no platform fee at all. Your Payments page shows how many you have left. If a booking is refunded in full, you get that free booking back.
When do I get paid?
Set up payouts on your Payments page first. A day after your guest's check-in day starts, Gostiko sends what the guest paid, minus the platform fee, to your bank account through Stripe. A payout waits while a refund for that booking is being reviewed.
Can I sync my calendar with other booking sites?
Yes. In your property's Calendar you can import calendars from other sites using their iCal link, and export your own so they stay in step. Bookings imported this way block those dates here.
How do I get my own links?
In your listing's editor, open Your links. There's a link for Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, messages and a general one: put each where it belongs. Guests who book through them count as yours, so the fee is 5%; your page's plain address counts as 10%. On the same page you can also claim a short page name, for example gostiko.com/villa-elena. It's free and can't be changed later.
