A recently renovated, modern Greek-style house with a sunny terrace, barbecue and sea views, just 100 metres from the Kavala seafront. You get the whole 190 m² place to yourself, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The space
The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room, with a private kitchen that has a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and dining table. Step outside to the balcony, patio and terrace, with outdoor seating, an open-air bath and a barbecue. There is also an indoor play area, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free WiFi. Views take in the sea, the old town of Panagia, the city and the garden. Tea, coffee and wine are provided.

Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, if check-in is at least 14 days away. 50% refund until 7 days before check-in. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
Refunds don't include the payment processing fee, which isn't returned to us either.
If your host cancels, you get back everything you paid.
